Add New Type dialog
The dialog allows to add data objects to the selected Logical Node. In the table you can select and unselect the desired data objects.
Hint: Mandatory data object types are always selected and shown in grey color.
Hint: If you double-click on a list entry in the column Type, the Select Do Type dialog will be opened. The dialog allows to edit the DO Type and its attributes.
The new Type will be added in the data types section of the SCL editor view.

Namespace |
Name of the selected standard. Settings:
Hint: When a standard is selected, only the corresponding Logical nodes linked to this standard are displayed. If [All] has been selected, all Logical nodes are displayed. |
Base Class |
Allows to select the Logical Node Base Class via a drop-down menu. |
Type Name |
Allows to enter a new Type name. Default: Name of the selected Logical Node Base Class. |
Description |
Shows additional information of the selected Logical Node Base Class. |
Details |
Shows detailed information of the selected Logical Node Base Class. |

Adds a new item to the list. |
Edit |
Opens a dialog to change the properties depending on the selected column of the list entry. If no changes are possible a information dialog will occur. |
Copy |
Creates a copy from a selected list entry and adds it with an automatically increased number as postfix. |
OK |
Accepts all changes and closes the dialog. |
Cancel |
Closes the dialog without changes. |
