Accessing Help Hub:

  1. Log in to the WP500 user interface. Once logged in, you will be directed to the Overview page

In the navigation menu at the bottom of the screen, you will find the Help button.

  1. Click the "Help" button to open the Help Hub. This hub contains detailed information, guides, and support for the WP500 Gateway.

  1. From the available options, select the  version of the WP500 device that matches your product. This will load the relevant documentation for that version.

Navigating the Help Documentation

Once you have selected the correct version, you can navigate through the available help resources:


  1. Browse Topics: Explore various topics covered in the help documentation, such as setup instructions, configuration options, and troubleshooting guides.


  1. Search Functionality: Use the search feature to quickly find specific information. Enter keywords related to the topic you need help with, and the Help Hub will provide relevant articles and guides.
