XmlNewDoc – Function

Fixed_Image

Description

This function allocates a new XML document, initially filled with one empty root tag. The application is responsible for releasing the allocated memory by calling the XmlFreeDoc function.

Handle of the root tag. Can be used as a tag handle for building the document, or as a complete document handle for releasing the memory.
