Toolbar of the main window

The toolbar of the main window is a control panel that groups main commands of the Workbench Studio:

Menu entry	Description
Edit Selection	Opens the selected document.
Save	Saves the active document.
Check Syntax	Checks the syntax of the active document.
Print Document	Prints the contents of the active window.
Cut	Cuts the current selection.
Copy	Copys the current selection.
Paste	Pastes the contents of the clipboard.
Delete	Deletes the current selection.
Reset Contents	Erases the contents of the active window.
Insert Variable	Inserts Variables
Undo	Undoes the last action.
Redo	Redoes the last undone action.
Build all projects	Builds (compiles) the projects.
Download	Batch download, which allows to download all edited projects.
Startup project	Displays the active Startup Project.
Open I/Os	Edits the list of I/O boards.
Open Fieldbus Configuration	Runs the Fieldbus Configurator.
Open Binding Configuration	Opens the Binding Configuration.
Open Profiles	Opens the Profiles view.
Open Variables	Opens the variable editor.
Open Types	Open the Types view.
Global Defines	Global Defines
Build Startup Project	Builds the Startup Project.
Simulation	Runs the simulation.
Online	Debugs in connected Online mode.

The window includes in its status bar a small box that enables searching for a text in the contents of the window.

Also displayed in the status bar are the communication parameters used for Online test. Double-click on this area of the status bar to change communication parameters.
