Function - Get the number of characters in a string.

Remarks
In LD language, the operation is executed only if the input rung (EN) is TRUE. The output rung (ENO) keeps the same value as the input rung.
All characters are counted, even if the string contains some null ($00) characters.
ST Language
NBC := LEN (IN);
Examples
NBC := LEN ('Hello'); // NBC is 5
NBC := LEN ('A$00B'); // NBC is 3
