IEC61850_SETTMQ
The function block allows setting the TimeQuality and TimeAccuracy values of the timestamp which the driver will send within the control commands: IEC61850_SELECT and IEC61850_OPER.
If this function block is not used, the driver sends commands with default TimeQuality = 0 (good) and TimeAccuracy = 31 (undefined).
Hint: This function block defines parameters which are common for all driver connections.
